How long does it take to design a building?

Are the buildings engineered for my local codes?
Yes — every engineered steel building package is designed to your site's specific wind, snow, and seismic requirements, with stamped engineering drawings included. Your local jurisdiction's permit process is supported by that engineering.
Who builds it?
Sonny's Renovations, a licensed and insured general contractor, handles design-build across DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Outside that area, we supply the engineered building package and you can use your own erector — or we'll help you find one.

We self-perform construction in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Nationwide, we ship engineered building packages with stamped drawings built to your local wind, snow, and seismic requirements — so you can design here and build anywhere.
